VT series high speed flat wire enamelling machine is designed based on Single line single oven/high speed with high airflow, maximum double coat,steamgenerator is heated by exhausted gas, the oven equipped with heat recirculation、catalyst burning unit and without electric heater inside oven chamber, also involves automatic computer control systems, customer recipe system, semi-auto bobbin change over, take up & traverse via servo drive, which can be an idealized selection especially for high grade enamelling wire production for transformer, high voltage motor, motor vehicle, charging stations and etc .
